Private Parties
How do I Book?
Simply phone or e-mail. We require a deposit of £50 at the time of booking.The remaining balance must be paid no later than seven days before your event. We accept cheques and all major credit cards.
What about delivery?
Our delivery driver will ensure that your buffet is delivered at the agreed time and is beautifully presented. Please ensure that there are tables set aside at the the venue for the buffet. Delivery is usually free within the Glasgow area although conditions may apply.
Are the platters and utensils disposable?
Your buffet will be deliverd on high quality platters with utensils for serving. Please ensure that after the party all dishes and utensils are left at the venue for collection. If anything is found to be missing you will be invoiced for replacement items.Tablecoverings, plates, cutlery and napkins are included in the price.
Is there a minimum number you cater for?
A lot of care and attention goes into preparing our buffets since many of our dishes are home made. Unfortunately, it is not always time or cost effective to cater for small groups therefore The Economy, The Executive and Deluxe Buffets are for a minimum of 50 people.
If something I have ordered is not available, what happens?
We do reserve the right to change items on the menu due to increased costs, suplliers discontinuing items etc. However, we will always substitute these items with the most appropriate alternative.
Office Events
Can we set up an account?
You can set up an account. All invoices must be paid in full within 30 days.
How do I place my order?
The prefered method is by e-mail. We will always send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. If you do not receive our confirmation e-mail please contact us.
When do I need to place my order by?
We have a cut off point of 6pm the day before your desired delivery date.
What if If I need to order lunch at short notice?
We appreciate that for a variety of reasons you may have to order a last minute lunch. In these situations we will always endeavour to meet your requirements.However, there is no guarantee and we will not accept responsibility if we cannot provide catering at very short notice.
